for the data contained within client’s personal directories; however client
assumes full responsibility of the data.

Corexeon disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data resulting from
delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions
caused by Corexeon and its employees.
Abuse & Prohibited Use:-
The services of Corexeon can only be used for lawful purposes. Storage or
distribution / transmission of illegal data is strictly prohibited. Corexeon
reserves the right to decide as to what constitutes as abuse and any material
not mentioned below is left entirely up to the discretion of the Corexeon
staff.

Proxy software
Any Automated Bots
Warez Sites and Indexing / Linking to other warez sites
HYIP Sites
Hate Sites
Abuse can include, but is not limited to the following offenses:-
I. Any attempts to compromise or actual compromise of a network device belonging
to or Corexeon any other company, individual, or other entity is strictly
prohibited. This offense also includes port scanning, IP range scanners and
vulnerability scanning. All infractions and or suspected infractions will be
vigorously investigated and may result in immediate termination of service.
II. Denial of Service (DOS) attacks directed at Corexeon, or any attempts to
launch a Denial of Service attack from our servers are strictly prohibited. All
infractions and or suspected infractions will be vigorously investigated and may
result in immediate termination of service.
III. Hosting any software, source code or any other material that is illegal or
could be used to commit an illegal act is strictly prohibited. This includes but
is not limited to software exploits; exploiting source code, hacking tutorials,
hacking tools, phishing, viruses and Trojans, bomb making and similar device
tutorials. All infractions and or suspected infractions will be vigorously
investigated and may result in immediate termination of service.
IV. The hosting of material that infringes on any copyright, trademark and or
service mark is strictly prohibited. This also includes the storage and
transmission of pirated movies, music, software, ring tones or anything else
considered "Warez". Any authentic complaint received will be investigated and
may result in termination of service.
V. The hosting of defamatory, scandalous, or private information about a person
without their consent, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, or violating
trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.
VI. MS-SQL Databases cannot exceed 400 MB in size at any time. This also
includes the log file of the particular database. Each mail box on our Windows
Shared / Reseller Hosting plans will have to be limited to 500 MB in size.
Zero Tolerance Spam Policy:-
If you send unsolicited email messages, commonly known as SPAM, your account
WILL be terminated, NO exceptions. Sending newsgroup postings, chain letters or
anything else that could be considered as "spam", is strictly prohibited. The
gathering of email addresses to be used for sending unsolicited email on a 3rd
party service "harvesting" is also prohibited and may result in termination of
service.
We have set a limit of 300 outgoing emails per hour on our shared and reseller
hosting accounts, 500 outgoing emails per hour on VPS hosting, 1000 outgoing
emails per hour on Semi Dedicated Hosting and 3600 outgoing emails per hour on
Dedicated Server Hosting. Customers need to take note of this restriction that
they can not send more than the specified number of emails every hour.
Spamming activities also include (but not limited to) commercial advertising and
informational announcements. A user shall not use another site's mail server to
relay mail without the express permission of the site or distributing,
advertising or promoting software or services that have the primary purpose of
encouraging or facilitating unsolicited commercial E-mail or spam.
Resource Usage:-
Abuse of resources include, but is not limited to:-
I. Usage 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds. These
include, but are not limited to: CGI scripts, FTP, PHP, and HTTP.
II. Run any interactive real-time chat applications that require server
resources. Remotely-hosted services are fully allowed.
III. Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on
the server. This includes, but is not limited to, IRCD, BotProcesses.
IV. Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
V. Run any gaming server instances. This includes, but is not limited to, such
as counter-strike, half-life & battlefield 1942.
Repeated infringements on account of excessive server-resource consumption may
result in suspension OR termination of services.
Bandwidth Usage:-
Bandwidth is defined as the amount of traffic that is allowed to occur between
your website & the rest of the internet. All bandwidth quotas are on a monthly
basis. The amount of bandwidth allowed is commensurate to the subscribed hosting
plan. Corexeon reserves the right to suspend services for an account which has
exceeded the bandwidth quota allotted. Services would be restored on the start
of the next cycle or Up gradation of the hosting package, whichever is earlier.
Carrying over of unused amount of bandwidth is not permitted.
Payments, Verification & Account Setup:-
Corexeon will not activate any service's) until client has paid in full. Until
and unless you notify Corexeon of your desire to cancel any or all services
received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. Clients have to
make appropriate payment for the services received from corexeon.com, before
the payment due date during the duration of the services received. Corexeon
reserves the right to change the monthly payment amount and any other charges at
anytime.
All payments and service orders are screened for fraudulent transaction & credit
card abuse. If a payment is found not to be compliant with our verification &
screening procedures, such orders won’t be setup. Payments are automatically
rejected.
Account setups are done after payment verification. Only accounts which have
been paid for in full would be setup.
Cancellations & Refunds:-
Corexeon reserves the right to suspend OR terminate services on receipt of
Abuse complaints. An unconditional 30 day money back guarantee is provided on
managed shared hosting, reseller hosting, semi-sedicated hosting and VPS
solutions. Domain registration Fees & Dedicated Server packages do not come
under the purview of this guarantee. Refund requests after 30 days will be
refunded on a prorated basis of any unused time.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For instance, if you've had
an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be
eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us.
There will be no refund for new domain registrations, WHM/CPanel, Plesk VPS &
Dedicated Server License, Virtuozzo, SSL Certificates and Site Builder as these
are purchased from External Vendors & Corexeon does not get any refund in case
of cancellation of licenses.
Any service interruptions or downtime due to scheduled maintenance by
Corexeon
or our network providers will not count towards the uptime guarantee.
Corexeon
is not liable in any way for failure of third party services.
Data-backups:-
Although, all possible attempts would be made to retain a working backup copy of
data; Webhosting UK does not assume any responsibility of backing up files &
data residing in your hosting account. You agree to take full responsibility for
files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and
data stored on corexeon.com servers. Any backup which may be provided to the
customer will not include media files.

Money back Guarantee:-
Dedicated Servers, Collocation services & Domain Registrations are not included
under the 30-day money back guarantee policy. Corexeon reserves the right to
decide whether or not to issue pro-rated refunds under such circumstances. All
subscribers of managed shared, reseller, VPS and semi-dedicated hosting plans
carry a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee. If you find the services to
be deficient or unsatisfactory, you are entitled to a full refund of the
contract amount within the first 30-days of the date of account set-up.
We also provide a Price-Freeze guarantee. You would never have to pay more than
